The Integrated Loop: A dog recovering from ACL surgery (Rehab client) is prescribed an anti-inflammatory, high-protein diet (Bistro client). A cat with kidney disease (Bistro client) is referred for laser therapy to manage arthritis pain (Rehab client). This creates a sticky, high-value customer ecosystem.
The Ask & The Future
We are seeking $50,000 USD to execute this integrated vision. With this capital, we will:
Launch the Integrated Facility, creating a tangible destination for pet wellness. We will still continue with in-home and in-vet sessions when necessary.
Formalize Veterinary Partnerships, becoming the trusted referral for nutrition and rehab. We have purchased booth space a the largest veteranary expo and training conference for the last week of February. This will allow us the opportunity to introduce the company to vets all over Mexico.
Scale Production & Social Commitment, keeping the premium artisan brand and expanding to offer the food on a larger scale to more cities in Mexico. We will be working with DIF (Mexico’s Family Assistance Program) to find battered and single women to assist with cooking and packing orders.
